Mazzetti+GBA will occupy about 11,585 square feet at 393 Nichol Mill Lane. Wright Medical Group and Vanderbilt’s Center for Neuroscience Drug Discovery anchor the development along with Summit BHC and Eye Health Partners of Middle Tennessee.
Nashville-based OakPoint Investments owns and manages the building (previously called Cool Springs Life Sciences Center). Terms of the lease are not being disclosed.
“We are pleased to welcome Mazzetti+GBA to Innovation Park,” John Green, OakPoint Real Estate leasing advisor, said in the release. “Innovation Park’s prime location, proximity to Cool Springs amenities, and Mazzetti+GBA’s ability to design their floor plan from first generation space were ideal in accommodating the consolidation of their two Nashville offices.”
OakPoint Investments acquired the property in 2016 and rebranded it as Innovation Park (pictured). OakPoint anticipates that the majority of the remaining 30,000 square feet of available space will be leased this year, the release notes.
