We seek commercial and multifamily investments in our focus markets across the South and sunbelt. We target a broad spectrum of return and hold-period parameters, from stable long-term cash flow projects to opportunistic value-add/redevelopment/adaptive-reuse strategies.
We target opportunities from $5 to $50 million, with capacity for larger deals with investment partners.
We align our interests with those of our investors.
We have a family-office style approach to investing, pairing our capital with a select group of like-minded, high-net-worth investors and single-source capital partners on a deal-by-deal basis. We leverage our experience, creativity, and analytical skills to drive the highest possible risk-adjusted returns.
Compared to syndicators, our internal capital allows us to act quickly on compelling opportunities, giving us the ability to close on an all-cash basis and back-fill debt and equity post-closing. Having well-capitalized projects and a small, aligned leadership team allows us to act swiftly in fast-moving markets without relying on cumbersome approval processes.
Being vertically integrated allows us to uncover unexpected value and execute decisively.
By having an in-house team of experts across the project life-cycle, we are able to actively manage the development and management of our assets. On a case-by-case basis, we deploy our internal team of leasing, management, asset management and construction experts to give every investment we make the greatest chance of success.
